1. General provisions
This document is a public offer by individual entrepreneur Mirqurbon Yusufjonovich Naimov (trade name DonishSoft, TIN 037370235, EIN 0331378438), the «Seller», to conclude an agreement for the sale of Dr.Web software licences on the terms below.
The Seller is an authorised partner of Doctor Web Ltd., the right holder of the Dr.Web software (the «Right Holder»). The shop is hosted on narmafzor.tj, operated by Limited Liability Company «Narmafzor».
Paying for an order means the buyer (the «Buyer») fully and unconditionally accepts this offer.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Seller grants the Buyer a licence — the right to use the chosen Dr.Web software for the paid term on the paid number of devices (workstations, servers, users). The licence is delivered as a serial number.
The terms of use of the software are set by the Right Holder's licence agreement, which the Buyer accepts during installation. Virus database updates and the Right Holder's technical support are provided for the term of the licence.
3. Placing an order
The Buyer chooses the product, the number of protected objects, the term and the licence type (new or renewal) and enters contact details: name, e-mail and phone.
For business licences the Buyer enters the organisation's name and TIN. These details are passed to the Right Holder to register the licence to the organisation.
For a renewal the Buyer enters the serial number of the current licence. Renewal follows the Right Holder's rules; if the Right Holder refuses the renewal, the Seller offers a new licence for the difference in price or refunds the payment.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in somoni on the product page and apply at the moment the order is placed. The total is shown before payment.
Payment is made by bank cards (Korti Milli, Visa, Mastercard) and e-wallets through the SmartPay (CJSC «Pardokhti hushmand») and Alif (OJSC «Alif Bank») payment systems. The Buyer enters card details on the payment system's secure page; they are never passed to the Seller.
An unpaid order is valid for 24 hours. If payment arrives later, the order is fulfilled as usual.
5. Delivery of the licence
Once payment is confirmed, the serial number is generated in the Right Holder's system, shown on the order page and sent to the e-mail provided — usually within a few minutes.
If automatic delivery is impossible for technical reasons, the Seller delivers the serial number within one working day. The licence is delivered when the serial number is shown on the order page or sent by e-mail.
6. Refunds and exchanges
The Buyer may cancel the purchase within 14 days if the serial number has not been activated (no key file has been obtained with it). The Seller blocks the serial number and returns the money by the same payment method within 10 working days.
An activated licence cannot be refunded, except when it cannot be used through the fault of the Seller or the Right Holder. If the Buyer chose the wrong product, the Seller helps to exchange a non-activated licence where possible.

7. Liability
The software is developed and supported by the Right Holder; its operation is governed by the Right Holder's licence agreement. The Seller is responsible for delivering a valid serial number matching the paid order.
The Seller is not liable if the software cannot be used because the device does not meet the system requirements stated on the product page and on the Right Holder's website.
8. Personal data
To fulfil the order the Seller processes the name, e-mail and phone and, for business licences, the organisation's details. The data is used only to process, pay for and deliver the licence, to contact the Buyer about the order and for mandatory reporting.
The data is shared with the payment system chosen by the Buyer and, for business licences, with the Right Holder. The IP address and browser details are kept for no longer than 90 days to prevent fraud. See the privacy policy for details.
